| There is a reason why Rhode Island Monthly presented the 2001 Best Personal Trainer Award to Brian Fracassa. As owner of Body Works - Total Body Development, Brian embodies all the qualities of dedication, professionalism, and excellence for which one would strive in their career. You can find the popular prose in last month's issue of the Ocean State magazine; but for now, let me give you more information about this award-winning athlete and personal trainer. If you are interested in losing weight, getting fit, or wanting to build a better physical lifestyle, you must consider Brian and Body Works.
Recently, when I visited Brian, he pointed out that success in toning your body, or mastery with weight loss or strength training, comes from perseverance and commitment. But there is a "cheat sheet" to exercise. And the answer key lies with Brian Fracassa.
Brian is a fitness expert. Just looking at his physique, it is obvious that he takes his business, and his body, seriously. Twelve years ago he started lifting weights and training, and as a professional for the last five years, Brian attests he has learned the hard way. He has discovered the best possible ways to build muscle, tone, reduce weight, strength train, and still have fun while building a healthier personal lifestyle. Brian demonstrates through years of learning: "You'll get results faster by avoiding the mistakes; and by targeting each muscle group individually, you'll get better results."
Just ask Judith Willard. A couple years ago, after four back surgeries and being overweight, she decided to make a difference in her life. So she contacted Brian. Because of a tender back, she needed to start a slow exercise regiment. Brian knew just how to begin her progress. And now, over two years later, she is thin and without back pain. "I haven't had any back injuries and I can actually eat more now and still lose weight," Judith told me. Brian is very proud of Judith's results: "She's proof that if you just put time into it, you'll make it happen," he said. "She is doing everything right and now is a regular."
Brian meets with Judith at the Fitness Connection once a week. Located on Post Road in Warwick, this exercise facility is one of the best in Rhode Island. However, Brian and his staff of three full-time employees are willing to meet you anywhere and anytime from 5a.m. until 9 or 10 p.m. So there really is no excuse not to get started soon. Brian is quick to point out that exercise and good health are more than one hour's work a week. "There are 23 other hours to the day, not just the one you're with me. After the workout, success is up to you."
Judith is just one of the many great stories associated with Body Works. brian works with people who are rehabilitating their muscles and he even stresses "prehabilitation" where the focus is on "building up muscles" to avoid future injury. Another success story that Brian wanted me to mention is that of Chris Terreri, New Jersey devils player and Stanley Cup winner. Chris works out with Brian and has also succeeded in Brian's fitness routines.
As you will soon learn from working with Brian, he certainly deserves the compliment of Rhode Island's Best Personal Trainer. Call Brian at 401.463.8500 to set up a workout appointment for most any time. |
